JM, The Brand strictly stand behind our NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. This helps protect our brand as well as your vision. Our services are completely customizable (which requires extensive preparation) and our products are available in NEW condition. Each purchase of a physical or digital product are FINAL.

In the event that we are unable to deliver on our promise, we will issue a refund (solely at the discretion of the owner).
